Warranty Policy
Tuff Country EZ Ride Suspension Inc. (“Tuff Country EZ Ride Suspension”) products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product when purchased, installed, and maintained on a non-commercial vehicle. Products installed on a commercial vehicle are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and installation, or twelve thousand (12,000) miles, whichever occurs first.
Tuff Country EZ Ride Suspension does not warranty or make any representations concerning its products when they are not installed and used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions, operating guidelines, and accepted automotive industry installation and maintenance practices.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or other warranty of quality, whether express or implied, except the warranty of title. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty.
The remedies set forth in this warranty are exclusive.
Notice To The Consumer
- This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. Keep your original receipt. In the event of a failure, your receipt must accompany the returned product to receive warranty consideration.
- Do not install a body lift in combination with a suspension system. If installed together, this warranty will be void.
- This warranty excludes all labor charges and any incidental or consequential damages.
- This warranty does not apply to the cosmetic finish of Tuff Country EZ Ride Suspension products.
- This warranty does not apply to products that have been altered, improperly installed, maintained, used, or repaired, or damaged by accident, negligence, misuse, or racing. Racing is defined in its broadest sense, regardless of competition format or prizes.
- This warranty is void if the product is removed from the original vehicle and reinstalled on that or any other vehicle.
- Regardless of whether any part is repaired, replaced, or credited under this warranty, all shipping and transportation charges for returning the product must be prepaid by the customer.
- Ball joints, bushings, bump stops, sway bar end links, tie rod ends, shock boots, and heim joints are subject to normal wear and are not covered under the lifetime warranty. These components are covered for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Warranty Claims Process
Any part or product returned for a warranty claim must be returned through the dealer or distributor from whom it was originally purchased.
Tuff Country EZ Ride Suspension reserves the right to examine all parts returned for warranty consideration to determine whether the failure was caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
The obligation of Tuff Country EZ Ride Suspension under this warranty is limited, at its sole discretion, to repairing, replacing, or issuing credit for any product found to be defective.
